2. Products & Orders

  • All products are personalized and custom-made. Please review your order details carefully before placing it.
  • Once an order is placed, it begins production. Orders may only be canceled or changed within a short time frame — please contact us immediately if adjustments are needed.
  • We strive for accuracy in product descriptions, pricing, and availability, but errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and cancel orders if necessary.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in USD ($) unless otherwise noted.
  • We accept major payment methods including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Carte Bancaire, PayPal.
  • By placing an order, you authorize Haven of Jewels and our payment partners to process and charge your payment method for the full amount, including any applicable taxes. Shipping is complimentary.
  • All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your credit card details.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We are proud to offer free shipping within the United States and worldwide.
  • Each product is custom-made and requires a handling time of 5–6 business days (Monday to Saturday) before shipment. Delivery times are fast and reliable, typically 3–4 business days (Monday to Saturday) after dispatch.
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Haven of Jewels is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Many of our items are personalized and therefore non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product.
  • Refunds, exchanges, or replacements are issued at our discretion in line with our Refund & Return Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Site, including images, product designs, text, graphics, and logos, are the property of Haven of Jewels and protected by intellectual property laws.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content from the Site without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Haven of Jewels is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from the use of our products or Services.
  • All personalized products are provided “as is,” and minor variations (such as color differences or engraving detail) may occur due to the custom nature of our items.
  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California.
  • Any disputes must first be attempted to be resolved through direct communication with us.
  • If unresolved, disputes will be handled through binding arbitration on an individual basis in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
  • You waive any right to participate in a class action or jury trial.
