Refund Policy

At Haven of Jewels, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. Many of our pieces are personalized, but we also understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. This policy explains when returns are possible, how the process works, and how refunds are handled.

What Can Be Returned

We accept returns on non-customized, non-personalized items if they meet the following conditions:

Returned within 30 days of delivery
Unused, unopened, and in the original packaging
In brand new, re-sellable condition

Note: Personalized jewelry (such as photo projection pieces, engraved names, or items with personal photos) cannot be returned unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

What Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene and custom production reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

Personalized or engraved jewelry
Photo projection items
Used or opened products
Sale items (unless faulty)

How to Start a Return

All returns must be sent by mail. We do not accept in-person returns.

Before sending anything back, please contact us at info@havenofjewels.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will reply with clear instructions and confirm the return address.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) for a refund and place a new order.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is free for all eligible returns.
We will provide instructions once your request is approved.
Please use a trackable service to ensure safe delivery. Haven of Jewels is not responsible for lost or damaged return parcels.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will confirm by email.
If approved, your refund will be issued within 5 business days to your original payment method.
No restocking fees apply.
Original shipping costs (if charged) are non-refundable, unless the item was faulty.
